Christina Gilyutin, Director, Leadership Programs As the Director of Leadership Programs, Christina is leading the team charged with building out REDF’s Community programming and outreach functions – finding and engaging new social enterprises from around the country. Christina has a long history of helping REDF create and nurture new programs for high impact. Most recently, she led the design and launch of the REDF Accelerator in 2016. Before launching the REDF Accelerator, Christina oversaw the Farber Program, a highly competitive leadership initiative for MBA students with a passion for social change. The Program places students in social enterprise businesses that provide hands-on experience, the opportunity to make a real impact, and build essential skills and networks critical to the growth of social enterprise. Christina has a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and a dual MBA/MS in Natural Resources & Environment from the University of Michigan’s Erb Institute for Global Sustainable Enterprise.
