Anna Zhou supports the REDF Impact Investing Fund (RIIF) team across loan originations and portfolio management. She partners closely with employment social enterprises to structure flexible financing solutions that support long-term business sustainability and enable organizations to continue serving their communities. Her work spans the full life cycle of a loan, from initial deal screening and underwriting to ongoing portfolio monitoring.

Prior to joining RIIF, Anna worked on the Leveraged Credit team at KKR and on the High Income and Alternatives team at Fidelity. In these roles, she evaluated new debt investment opportunities and monitored portfolio companies across sectors including consumer and retail, telecom, food, and energy.

Anna holds a B.A. in applied mathematics from Harvard University. She currently lives in the Bay Area, where she grew up, and outside of work can usually be found crocheting, puzzle hunting, PC gaming, or cat sitting.
