Measure what matters, then do good with it.
As the Senior Associate on REDF’s Learning and Impact Team, Casey Tsui employs empirical evidence as a strategic asset to help organizations make social change. In addition to designing and developing data collection systems, he analyzes, manages, and reports on them to REDF’s internal and external partners. Casey has a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology/Biostatistics. Prior to joining REDF, he worked at several local public health departments and spent four years conducting health impact assessments. Building on this experience, Casey employs data to influence solutions to counteract societal inequities around barriers to employment. Empowered by REDF’s shared social mission, values and fearlessness about reinvention, Casey sees democratizing data and cultivating collaborative relationships as essential to his work towards achieving positive social outcomes. Casey enjoys backpacking in the Sierras, backyard gardening, and reading pop cosmology.
