Director of Talent

The Director of Talent is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to recruit, develop and sustain a passionate, innovative and collaborative team of highly motivated professionals.

Senior Portfolio Associate

The Senior Portfolio Associate will assist REDF’s portfolio of social enterprises in achieving their goals by providing hands-on, targeted business assistance, and working closely with REDF Portfolio Managers to act as advisors/coaches for individual portfolio organizations. The Senior Portfolio Associate will also participate in REDF’s overall portfolio and programs strategy development, due diligence, and field building and knowledge development through tool creation and research projects.

Associate, Leadership Programs

REDF launched an Accelerator Program in 2016 to bring together a cohort of talented employment-focused social enterprise leaders who serve people striving to overcome barriers to employment. Through the program, leaders receive expert guidance on core business competencies, employee support programs, and have the opportunity to build peer networks, ultimately helping them increase job readiness and long-term employment success for the people they serve. And for 20 years, REDF has focused on developing a new generation of social impact leaders through the Farber Internship Program - a summer internship program for MBA students - and continues to build a ‘network of champions’ across sectors through its Farber Alumni network by engaging, educating, and informing this incredible group about REDF’s work and how they can help to support it.

The Associate of Leadership Programs will support both the REDF Accelerator and Farber Program through program design and management, application and selection processes, outreach campaigns and by building and maintaining strong relationships across these networks.
